What is our mission?

Success Skills focus is to create jobs and career paths for service-disabled veterans and other persons with disabilities. Founded by a service-disabled veteran, Success Skills will focus on job creation that connects a person with a disability to a quality job in their community or across the country.

For persons with disabilities, overcoming prejudice in the workplace can be an ongoing struggle. For service-disabled veterans with skills acquired during their military service, the challenge is to utilize those acquired skills while in military service to create a supportive and challenging environment for success in the workplace.
